The brain never stays the same, it always changes. The connections of the nerve cells with each other change continuously, through which they communicate with each other and the function of consciousness, emotions, joys, fears, anxieties, pain, thirst, shame, hunger, pleasure and the great prize: happiness.
There is no free will. Everything is coded behaviors produced by the brain, after stimuli it receives from its environment, after being processed...

The inspiration for this collection of poems came in the difficult time of quarantine due to the coronavirus pandemic, which immobilized the entire planet. During the confinement and isolation, when many of us found ourselves face to face, I dared to dive into uncharted depths, from where I caught and brought to the surface words that needed to be recorded, in order to reveal hidden experiences, knowledge and feelings.
