Description
During the Tangshan Earthquake in 1976, Deng's father sacrificed his life to save his wife and children. When Deng's mother faced the choice of choosing to save only one of her children, she chose her son, Deng's brother. No one knows Deng survived the earthquake, and she chose to be an orphan. 32 years later, Deng met her brother in Sichuan after the Wenchuan Earthquake. The mother and daughter finally united but it was hard for Deng to forget her hurt.
