Description
The plucky Fitzgerald-Trout siblings live on a tropical island where the grown-ups are useless but the kids can drive! After losing the boat that was their home, Kim has to find a new home for her family. Her sixth-grade history assignment offers a clue about the ruins of a volcanic house built by an explorer on Mount Muldoon, so the kids set out to find it. They locate the castle, which surpasses their wildest dreams. But having a permanent home offers more challenges than the Fitzgerald-Trouts expected, especially when they begin to suspect that the castle is haunted.
